Description
The EPFL university in Switzerland had a system that helped estimate the degree of functioning of any company, focusing the results on the optimization of its internal processes as well as on personnel management, management of its internal processes and the definition of its objectives. in the short and long term.
This system worked manually and they wanted it to be automated through a website where users themselves could enter their information and obtain results automatically.

The process
1.Process creation
The survey system did not have an organization designed in an automated digital application, we had to talk with the client and define several paths that would help us propose the new product, as well as create the type of reports that the platform had to provide to be able to track different users.
2.User experience
We applied the created processes to a simple interface and created a prototype. This was a big challenge because there is no other similar product on the market and we had to have multiple meetings with the client to reach a design that we were both happy with. The initial designs of this prototype were created together with Isaque Pereira.
3.User testing
The prototype was tested with different users who were asked questions to find out if the process was clear and simple. The result helped us make the necessary adjustments to the prototype, which we validated with the client before starting the design stage. .
4.User Interface
As part of the design process we created component styles and created the first Design System for the new platform, the visual design was supervised by Aaron Márquez, art director of Legacy Studio.
